Asus WL-500g Premium e Optimus Huawei E220

Boas colegas, tenho um colega ke tem esta router Asus WL-500g Premium V1, e já estamos fartos de tentar meter a mesma a rolar com os firmwares do koppel pra dar o modem Huawei E220 da Optimus e nada, segui as mesmas configs ke usei pra por a minha placa ZTE e tb o Huawei E220 da TMN e ambos rolaram 5*, agora com o meu colega nunca deu. Tentamos as versão de firmware do koppel: WL500gp-1.9.2.7-10-USB-1.69.trx ; WL500gp-1.9.2.7-8-USB-1.68a.trx e tb a versão 1.66 e nada. Pelo ke me quer parecer o erro é o seguinte o modem n é convertido de pen usb para modem, dai dar erro ao tentar ligar, pois n encontra o dispositivo como modem.

Boas, tens aqui o manual do router,se não conseguires telefona para o apoio da kanguru que eles ajudan-te a configurar o mesmo.
Tenho um a funcionar a 100% e é uma máquina,não posso ajudar muito porque não fui eu quem o configurou,mas posso dizer que no manual está lá a tudo. Está a funcionar com o E220 da kanguru e o software é o original,para o wireless na configuração é gerado o código de acesso (password com dez números e letras)e esse é que é valido.
Tens que ir a HTTP://192.168.1.1 a pass: admin.
Espero ter ajudado.

Infelizmente as tuas dikas n me ajudam, pois ha qq coisa nas configs da router, ou no firmware ke me está a falhar, qt ao apoio da kanguru, n sei se irá valer a pena, pois a mesma ñ foi comprada a eles de forma a ser mais barata. Mas agradeço-te a ajuda, e se fosse possivel consegues ver qual a versão de firmware da tua router, agradecia.

Foste buscar um problema muito antigo que nesta fase já deve estar + que resolvido.
Estás a usar internet kanguru ?
Eu à pouco tempo puz um asus 500gp a trabalhar com kanguru mas com o huawei e220.

Foi com o firmware 1.70 do kopel a 1.71 não deu.

Nas configurações puz:

AP: myconnection (kanguru móvel)
Dial *99#
vendor=0x12d1
product=0x1003

O E1550 não sei se aceita.

Olá Goody, obrigado pela rapida resposta já que o assunto é ;) certamente antigo. Até nem tinha muita esperança que alguém me ouvisse no forum.

Vou tentar esclarecer qual dos problemas é:
- O HUAWEI E1550 que é o novo personagem da história.
- Talvez seja mesmo o FW 1.9.2.7-10-USB-1.71 que tenha algum bug.
