Baba Vanga's terrifying 2022 predictions after Russia prophecy including alien invasion
Baba Vanga, a blind woman from Bulgaria who is believed to be able to predict the future, had a long list of terrifying predictions for this year - including the war between Russia and Ukraine
Blind mystic Baba Vanga had many terrifying predictions for the future - including a war prophecy for Russia which appears to have come true.
The supposedly 'gifted' woman from Bulgaria allegedly began having visions of the future after she lost her sight after being flung into the air by a freak tornado, aged 12.
During her
lifetime, she is said to have an 85% success rate with her visions as she is believed to have correctly predicted September 11 attacks and the Syrian chemical attacks.
Perhaps most worryingly at the moment was the World War Three prophecy she had made which claimed: “Russia will not only survive, it will dominate the world.”
This prediction is yet to be seen as fears of a nuclear war have been mounting since Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24.
Now people are fearing that one of her visions is becoming real after she said in 1979 that Russia would become "lord of the world" after Europe became a "wasteland", according to the Mirror.
Reports say she said: "All will thaw, as if ice, only one remain untouched – Vladimir's glory, the glory of Russia. Too much it is brought in a victim. Nobody can stop Russia."
She added: "All will be removed by her from the way and not only will be kept but also becomes lord of the world."
The 85-year-old woman passed away in 1996 so never got to see whether many of her prophecies ring true for 2022, as this year was meant to be a very chaotic time.
Perhaps the most easily believable of her predictions for 2022 is a virtual reality takeover with people spending more time than ever in front of screens.
She also envisaged another pandemic, this time discovered in Siberia, caused by a frozen virus that will be released by climate change.
Meanwhile, many cities will be hit by water shortages with political consequences as countries are forced to find alternatives, the forecast continues.
And aliens will invade the planet by sending an asteroid to seek out life on Earth with an unfriendly outcome.
Baba Vanga, whose real name is Vangelia Gushterova, also predicted famine in India where temperatures will supposedly reach 50 degrees causing locusts to attack crops.
More earthquakes and tsunamis are also on the cards, according to the mystic who told of 'intense bouts of floods' in Australia and parts of Asia.
Many people believe Baba Vanga's predictions continue to come true 25 years after her death.
Later visions include the Earth's orbit changing in 2023, astronauts travelling to Venus in 2028, Muslims ruling Europe in 2043 and the end of the universe in 5079.
