Desbloquear Qtek 2020

sera que alguem me pode dar umas "luzes" sobre como desbloquear um qtek 2020? ele esta preso a tmn

1. Download the QTEK 2020 unlock software from
http://mrfax.altervista.org/1/download.php?fname=./QTEK2020/xda2unlock-v2.2.exe

2. Tranfer xda2unlock-v2.2.exe to any directory on your QTEK 2020 using the 'Explore' funtion of ActiveSync Software.
(ActiveSync Software can be downloaded from:

http://mrfax.altervista.org/1/download.php?fname=./QTEK2020/MSASYNC.EXE

3. Run xda2unlock-v2.2.exe from your QTEK 2020 and you will be prompted to ask if u realy want to unlcok it
select yes and it should be done
