The Nemesis2.4-dm800-e2-OE(1.6)-SVN(099r1)-sim2-ssl84a has some problems. The webinterface fix is already posted with the image.

Apparently there's also some protection in the WirelessLan and SoftwareManager. Please overwrite the files in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/ provided in the attachment and restart enigma.
