Woman, 37, 'broke pub sink while having sex in toilet' causing £400 worth of damage

A woman has been arrested for allegedly breaking a sink after engaging in a spontaneous sex act in a pub toilet.
Police say that Kathryn Trammel, 37, caused $500 (about £375) in damages at Irish 31 Pub House & Eatery in Seminole, Florida.
According to an arrest affidavit, Trammel and a friend had asked to leave the restaurant after staff discovered them in an intimate act in the bathroom.
"The defendant and her friend then left the bathroom and sat at the bar," a sheriff’s deputy reported.
But Trammel returned to the bathroom and it was at this point, Irish 31 staff allege, that the sink somehow became broken.
Police were called to the incident on Tuesday, December 7.
After being read her rights, Trammel told arresting officers that "her friend and herself were being intimate in the bathroom and as a result, caused the sink to break".
When asked for clarification Trammel declined to offer a further "explanation for how the sink was damaged".
Police report that while she did not appear to be under the influence of drugs or suffering from mental health issues, she was clearly intoxicated.
The owner of the pub told police he wanted to press charges and Trammel was charged with criminal mischief, which is a misdemeanour offence.
Trammel was released from the county jail early the following morning on her own recognisance.
Her un-named companion, who is understood to be male, does not appear to have been charged in connection with the alleged bathroom destruction.
One Florida couple removed their clothes and began having sex while handcuffed in the back seat of a police car.
Megan Mondanaro, 35, and Aaron Thomas, 31, were arrested in 2019 for cycling without lights late at night and were found to be quite heroically drunk.
While arresting officer Mark Hunter from Nassau County PD was outside his squad car waiting for a vehicle to transport Mondanaro and Thomas to jail, "Megan and Aaron took their clothes off and started to have sex," according to arrest reports.
