The 'feral' guy reportedly chugged a whole bottle of vodka in 10 seconds after their Jet2 plane from Birmingham to Ibiza was stuck on the tarmac, as new shocking footage emerged of the havoc caused

Shocking footage has gone viral showing a drunk Brit going absolutely "feral" on a Jet2 flight bound for Ibiza.

The rowdy scenes were captured on the Jet2 flight LS1181 from Birmingham, which was meant to jet off at 6.15pm last Friday, June 13. However, take-off was delayed for a whopping two and a half hours, leaving passengers restless as they sat on the tarmac.

One of the flyers, CJ Edwards, described the scenes when a fellow passenger whipped out a bottle of vodka and necked it in 10 seconds. The situation nosedived when that passenger became disruptive and apparently tried to provoke another seated traveller.

In the viral video, the man in the green outfit is seen throwing clothes at someone else on the flight and having a pop at the flight attendants. Edwards, who posted the incident to TikTok, said the whole plane was kicking off.

Edwards said: "People were drinking and doing all sorts, and what I want to say is that it wasn't just him. There were a lot of things going on. There was a fight on the plane, someone got slapped, someone was sick in the aisles. My friend had sick on his shoe. People were passing drinks over each other.

"There was a lot going on. So when we got on the flight and told we can't move, the guy took his bottle of Ciroc out that he'd got from duty free and, I'm not lying, he's guzzled it down in about 10 seconds."

Edwards told the Mail Online that at this point, he knew he wanted to be "anywhere near" the man and relocated to the back of the plane to join a mate.

Despite the pre-flight chaos, Edwards confirmed that the plane eventually took off amid significant turbulence.

The flight records show it finally took off at 8.44pm, two hours and fifteen minutes late, and landed in Ibiza at 12:13AM, two hours and twenty three minutes late.

Edwards continued: "And when it's doing all of this in the air the man is standing up. He's doing the most. He was coming to the back of the plane where I was, trying to get some drink off people and chat with some lads. When the air hostess told him to sit down he's looked in her face and said 'But who are you? Who are you to tell me to sit down?'

"After all that when we're trying to land he's standing up again. He's in the aisles, moving through. People are trying to get him to sit down and he's not doing it. The pilot is on the microphone saying 'to the guy standing up, please sit down'. I think the person he was with as well that he ended up slapping them but I'm not too sure. It was the flight from hell."

According to The Mirror, a spokesperson for Jet2 stated: "The customer has been banned for life. As a family friendly airline we take a zero-tolerance approach to disruptive passenger behaviour."
